Our Approach

At CARECG, every partner is supported by a team of CARECG professionals, called a Partner Support Team (PST).  The PST is led by a Project Director and a Research Director who work collaboratively to help ensure the success of your programs, and harness the expertise of more than 50+ employees

The Project Director (PD) is your primary point of contact and our translational expert, as they come from the field themselves. Our PD’s have been coalition coordinators, treatment counselors, recovery support specialists and executive directors of non-profit agencies. Our PD’s understand your challenges from the lens of lived experience. They are supported by program managers and program coordinators.

The Research Director (RD) brings advanced training and 10+ years of experience in research and program evaluation.  Your RD is also supported by a team of more than a dozen Research Managers and coordinators, each with specialized skills including measurement, methods, and data visualization. Our Research Managers work behind the scenes to support your programs and help ensure the highest quality outcome for our partners.

Other members of the PST include individuals from our Development Team, Training & Technical Assistance Team and Media and Communications Team.

The Development Team’s core function is facilitating your growth plan. They monitor funding opportunities locally and nationally that may fit with your strategic development goals and assist with grant-writing. Our Training & Technical Assistance Team rely on our network of more than 300+ trainers nationally to help meet your training and technical assistance needs. And our Media and Communications Team who can help with project and agency-level branding, graphic design, and tailored messaging campaigns that help ensure you reach the audiences most in need of your services and achieve behavior change at the individual and community level.
